Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products

All products are digital downloadable items — Online Courses, Workpacks, and Planners. No physical products are shipped. Due to the digital nature, sales are generally final once access is granted.

2. When Refunds Are Considered

• Technical failure — paid but never given access despite contacting us within 48 hours
• Duplicate payment for the same item
• Content materially different from the description at time of purchase

3. Refund Process

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp (+92 314 8081919) or email (info@learnwithsarah.online) with your name, item purchased, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Items already downloaded with full access granted
• Requests after 7 days
• Change of mind after downloading

All free worksheets are provided at no cost and not subject to refund policy.
