• Free worksheet downloads: Name, WhatsApp number, optionally email and child's stage.
• Registered accounts: Full name, email, WhatsApp number, child's stage, and encrypted password.
• Purchase records: Items purchased, amount paid, payment method.
• Contact messages: Name, WhatsApp, email, and message content.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to purchased courses, Workpacks, and Planners permanently
• To send password reset and account notifications
• To notify of new resources via WhatsApp
• To verify payments and activate account access
• To respond to messages and support requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is only shared with payment gateway providers to process payments, or when required by Pakistani law.

Data is stored on secured Hostinger servers with HTTPS/SSL encryption. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing — we never see your actual password.
